Yamaha has announced their 2025 model lineup!
Yamaha 2025 model year release
Yamaha is a well known name in the motor sports industry. Every year, they strive to offer new products that follow trends and demands, as well as upgrading quality and power on their machines. They finally announced their 2025 lineup, something we were all waiting for!
On the ATV side, there are not too many notable changes from 2024.
The Grizzly and Kodiak models have received upgraded EPS systems with available torque assist. As always they include Yamaha’s 10-year belt warranty – the only manufacturer to have this!
The Grizzly and Kodiak specs are mostly the same, but they did receive upgraded EPS systems. Nice to see the starting price point is the same as 2024 as well!
The youth model Grizzly ATV now comes in a 110 model which is 112cc, replacing the 2024 model 90 which was 90cc. The starting price point on this new 110 model is $4,299 cdn over $3,999 cdn from last year. A great way to get your kids safely into the sport without breaking the bank!
For the side-by-side lineup, the standout for changes is definitely the Wolverine RMAX4 1000!
This flagship 4-seater has a new platform featuring a longer wheelbase (118”) for much more rear-seat passenger space as well as increased storage capacity in the rear bed. The other dimensions are the same as 2024, including width, height and wheelbase. The dry weight is up 311 lbs to 2,304 lbs. Bed and towing capacity are also unchanged.
As you can see here, the 2025 Wolverine RMAX4 Compact model is now equivalent to the 2024 and older Wolverine RMAX4, with the shorter wheelbase (90.2”) and smaller backseat.
The RMAX4 comes with a few other new features as well, including upgrades to the differential with added Turf Mode, selectable EPS, selectable suspension modes, selectable drive mode, upgraded center screen, optional rearview camera, and upgraded braking.
New Turf Mode selection for the differential, adding to the previous 3-way selector that included 2WD, 4WD and locking 4WD. Turf Mode unlocks the rear diff for home utility use.
New full-color center screen that has a customizable display and simple button design. This is fully Bluetooth compatible and also has USB connectivity. Features include navigation compatibility, phone and audio controls, GPS locking, PIN-locking geo fencing, and a rear-view camera accessory option.
The 2025 comes with FOX 2.0 iQS shocks, with rear travel up a huge amount from last year at 16.9 inches up from 13.3 inches travel! You can now select your drive mode using the FOX Intelligent Quick Switch (available on the Limited model only) right in the cockpit, making it so much more convenient to adjust your damping settings when travelling over varied terrain. For 2025 they also have 30×10 Maxxis Carnage trail tires on all 4 corners.
The other side-by-sides in the lineup include the YXZ and the Viking, neither of which received any updates for the 2025 model year.
As in previous years, the warranty for home use is 1 year with the industry’s only 10-year belt warranty!
